Why MOQs exist
- Materials such as knit, microfiber and sole compounds are bought and dyed in batches.
- Logo tooling (for example silicone drip moulds) has a setup cost.
- Production lines run most efficiently in batches.
How to start small
- Test the market with stock styles from 1 pair — they ship in 1–3 days.
- Pick the best sellers and add your logo and packaging from 300 pairs.
- Reorder and expand colours once demand is proven.
