What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock styles start from just 1 pair — we keep more than 200,000 pairs in our warehouse. Custom orders (your logo, colours, materials or packaging) start from 300 pairs, and we can be flexible depending on the order.
How fast can you ship stock styles?
In-stock styles usually ship within 1–3 days after payment.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Custom samples take about 15 days. Bulk production takes about 35 days after sample approval.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, L/C and T/T. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice for each order.
What can be customized?
Upper design, sole design, logo, colours, materials and packaging (polybag or box). Logo methods include hot-cut, silicone drip, embossing, embroidery, laser printing, heat transfer and cold-applied labels.
What is a wide toe box shoe?
A shoe whose front part follows the natural shape of the foot — widest at the toes rather than tapering to a point — so the toes have more room to spread during everyday movement.
Which sizes do you offer?
Adult styles run from EU 35/36 up to EU 48/49 depending on the model; kids styles run from EU 25 to EU 38.
