A tech pack is the instruction file for your shoe. The clearer it is, the fewer sample rounds you need — and every sample round costs time.
What to include
- Reference — a model number from our catalog, a photo or a sketch with side and top views.
- Materials — upper, lining, insole, midsole and outsole.
- Colours — Pantone references or a physical colour sample for each part.
- Logo — vector file, size, position and method (embroidery, silicone drip, heat transfer, etc.).
- Size range and ratio — which sizes and how many per carton.
- Packaging — polybag or box, labels, barcodes and carton marks.
- Target price and quantity — this helps us suggest the right materials.
Don't have a full tech pack?
That's fine. Many of our customers start from one of our existing wide toe box models and simply tell us what to change. We turn that into a sample — usually in about 15 days.
